This is of course just my own humble opinion based on usage of both > packages:-) yeah you are probably right ... i just happen to compile 'big' linux stuff often and found the cygwin environment to be much less troublesome. Also, i experienced different problems like that on different machine-setups (namely, 'real' DOS6.0 vs win9x versions) - so it might be worth a try to compile on a different machine. -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- /^\ \ / ASCII RIBBON CAMPAIGN X AGAINST HTML JUNK MAIL / \ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ___ ___ .___________________ .___________ _______. c=64 / | \| \__ ___/ \ \_ _____/ \ \ groepaz cgb / ' \ | | | / \ / \ | __)_ / | \ psx \ . / | | |/ ' \| \/ | \ dc \___|_ /|___| |____|\____|__ /_______ /\____|__ / \/ ' \/ \/ \/ http://www.hitmen-console.org Hitmen WWW Headquarters http://fly.to/hitmen-groepaz my personal playground ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list send mail to majordomo_at_musoftware.de with the string "unsubscribe cc65" in the body(!) of the mail.
