Hi!

I'm sorry, but I had to terminate public CVS access to the cc65 repository
this evening. The reason is, that I wanted to give write access to an external
developer, and I had problems making both access schemes work together without
serious security implications.

I can still give read (or even write) access to the repository, but since this
is quite insecure, I need a static IP address.
