[cc65] New version frozen

I will leave this afternoon for a few days. I have put a new version of
the upcoming 2.3 release onto the ftp server (the code is also available
via public CVS). There have been several changes in the optimization
stage, including a completely new register load tracking code.

If no one complains until I'm back (probably next tuesday), this will be
the final 2.3 version (maybe apart from small changes in the text files).
So I would like to ask anyone, to give this version one last try, just to
be sure. The code has already been approved by Keith (thanks a lot!), so
I do not expect major problems.
