One other question if I may ;-) 

I was wondering, can the VIC see a char. set at $e000? I know the VIC
can see char sets at $0000 (not good choice of course) and $0800. I
know there are other locations that can be chosen but wasn't sure if
it went as high as $e000 or am I confusing something? ;-)
